So while in I was on vacation in Florida I went to Disney World and I went to Japan. While I was there I found all kinds of Daifuku. I had my first a couple years ago at a Japanese convention and after could never find them again. In the picture are the last three of my strawberry daifuku. On the back of the label they are called fruit rice cake strawberry taste. It's Japanese sometimes the grammar does not translate right. Strawberry daifuku is basically a rice cake soft goodness on the outside (my favorite part). Then the next layer is marshmallow puff and then strawberry jam. It's soooo good. If you can find some get them. I am always sad when they are gone.
